All wellness services, sessions, and gift cards are subject to separate Service Policies, Waivers, and Refund Policies. Participation in services constitutes acceptance of those policies.

Terms & Conditions
Business Policies
1. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime.
2. Sexual abuse -
Any physical or verbal behavior of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. For the safety and well-being of our staff and guests, any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, the guest being asked to leave the premises, and permanent dismissal as a client. The guest will not be permitted to return and legal action will be considered.
3. Late cancelation/No-show fee -
Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or appointments for which the client fails to appear, shall be subject to the following fees: a fifty-dollar ($50) charge for the first occurrence. Upon a second occurrence, the client shall be charged the full session fee, and full prepayment shall be required for all future appointments. Zaniya understands that certain circumstances may be beyond a client’s control, including but not limited to illness or inclement weather. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Zaniya.
4. Late arrivals -
Zaniya tries to be accommodating but out of respect for clients after the session and our daily schedule, the guest will receive the remaining time available for the reservation and charged for the full session.
5. Gift Cards -
Purchased gift cards/certificates expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards/certificates are not the responsibility of Zaniya and will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law.
Gift cards purchased for specific services are not transferable and may be redeemed only for the service indicated.
No refunds will be granted.
