I've done a lot of float therapy. Usually in those relatively small-ish "pods". I liked this place because you get a room with a larger float bath where you can really let your arms and legs go and not touch the sides. Great experience overall.

I did the 9 weekly floats and was truly amazed how much it helped me climb out of the darkness! This is something I plan to continue on a monthly basis (minimum!) I’ve recently used the revibe chair and will continue that as well, incredible! Relaxing message that really gets the knots out. All of these are an experience I would highly recommend for anyone whether dealing with mental health, physical health or just to get back to your center.
